ICMS Accommodation and Travel |
In keeping with our commitment to providing total conference management solutions, ICMS Pty Ltd also operates as a registered travel agent, ICMS Travel (Lic. 30532), with a full range of services administered by our Information Services team.
With years of experience and service to the industry, The ICMS Information Services team is able to negotiate favourable accommodation rates and conditions for your meeting with a wide range of hotels. They are then able to coordinate the booking, amendment and confirmation of all speaker and delegate accommodation arrangements.
As part of our information technology infrastructure, ICMS Travel equips your meeting not only with an accurate and efficient booking system, but also with a valuable administrative tool in the form of comprehensive accommodation reports.
As part of the management of travel services, ICMS will also coordinate all air and ground transfers for delegates, liaise with airport and transport operators, and facilitate plans for VIP transport. In addition, ICMS will negotiate competitive airfares, and ensure savings for group bookings are maximised, arranging travel and accommodation requirements for speakers and other VIPs as required.
