A Team Approach

ICMS adopts a team approach to facilitate the complex project management and logistical requirements of meetings management.

ICMS is Australia's largest sole meetings management company, employing over thirty full-time staff with unsurpassed experience and management expertise - including a senior management team with a combined industry experience of over one hundred years. Our Conference Managers exercise complete project overview, assuming control over every detail of the planning process.

Our Conference Managers are experienced at working with committees, and provide a central point of contact, communication and coordination for all administrative activities. Conference Managers also serve as a liason with specialist suppliers, amongst whom they maintain extensive networks.

Backing up these project management teams are our own specialised support personnel, with expertise in information technology services, secretariat services, financial control and an in-house licensed travel agency.

This team approach ensures that every event, from the very largest to the very smallest, benefits from the same reliable, talented pool of people dedicated to managing meetings successfully.
