All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.

REGISTRATION FEES

Before 8 February 2002: Full Delegate/Member $250, Trainee $150

After 8 February 2002: Full Delegate/Member $350, Trainee $250

ENTITLEMENTS
All delegates are entitled to:
¨ Attend all conference sessions
¨ Attend all social functions
¨ Receive a copy of the final program
¨ Lunch on Saturday
¨ Morning and afternoon tea on Saturday
¨ Morning tea on Sunday

Please note: Fees do not include accommodation or tickets for additional attendees at social functions.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to Friday 15 February 2002 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $95. After this date, all refund requests will be at the discretion of the conference organising committee. Cancellation of accommodation reservations after 15 February 2002 will be subject to hotel cancellation policies.
