This paperless system caters for the submission, alteration, review, scoring and acceptance of abstracts - streamlining a normally time-consuming process, and saving a committee hundreds of hours. Successful abstracts can be published directly from the system into their final presentation media. |

Internet Services |

ICMS provides a website development service to our clients. This service includes the preparation, set-up and ongoing availability of a website via our service provider, hosted within the ICMS web domain.
This automated system allows for the rapid deployment of up-to-date program information, general information about your meeting, logos and photographs and an interface with our online abstract submission and online registration systems.
Our internet services also include a dedicated email address for your meeting, via which all external communication can be made with the secretariat.

Conference Management Services |

The ICMS Information Technology system provides the data management infrastructure for all of our Conference Management services, including delegate registration, travel information, financial management, planning schedules, email communications and database management.
