The Satellite Symposium has been specifically aimed at all those working in the nursing and allied health fields. You do not need to be registered for the main Meeting to attend. Dr Bird is a clinical psychologist currently employed at the Psychiatric Epidemiology Research Centre of the Australian National University. He has extensive experience in aged care, dementia research and the management of behavioural disturbances in dementia. The workshop will address conceptual issues, biopsychosocial assessment, management and compliance. Please note that the venue for this satellite workshop is in central Melbourne, 2 hours drive from the Lorne venue.
