Women play a vital role in Civil Society Strenghening. Though she constitutes half of the population and contributes services in progress and development she is no way recognised and encouraged.The overall development of women in neglected. due to cultural, relegious and econmic factors she was not given much importance. To day most of the developmental activites are due to her contribution in all the areana. NGO'S had provided much opportunity in creating awareness for their self development and economic development. there is a grate requirement to streamline her position.with social work intervention by providing vocational guidence through self help groups.
