Notice to Authors - All abstracts submitted have been accepted. You are cordially invited to the Adult Migrant English Program National Conference 2006 where theoretical and practical approaches in TESOL will be presented and discussed. The Adult Migrant English Program Conference theme Cultures of Learning offers those in the Adult Migrant English Program and wider TESOL field an opportunity to reflect on the ways that learners, practitioners, administrators and researchers interact to create language learning programs that facilitate learners' participation in the Australian community. Plenary sessions will challenge our thinking in broad themes related to Cultures of Learning in English language teaching, research, program management and administration. Conference sessions will articulate the ways that Adult Migrant English Program practitioners, researchers and administrators build on the knowledge and experiences of adult learners from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds, to create language learning pathways linked to social, educational and vocational practices in the Australian community.
