1 Member is defined as one who has paid the 2012 $50.00 subscription prior to Tuesday, 1 May 2012 and is a member of the Australian Dental Association Inc.2 Please provide evidence of your recent graduation.
Your registration will be acknowledged within 5 working days. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:
ACAD has reserved accommodation at Thredbo Alpine Hotel and Luxury Serviced Apartments. Accommodation will be issued on a first come basis. The closing date for accepting any accommodation bookings is Friday, 11 May 2012 and any bookings received after this date cannot be guaranteed. All unsold accommodation will be released back to the hotel on this date.
Please indicate on your registration form your estimated time of arrival to the hotel. Check-in time is usually from 16:00. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.
50% of the TOTAL TARIFF must be paid with your booking and the balance paid no later than 29 June, 2012. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be at the discretion of the Thredbo Alpine Hotel/Apartments. All rates are inclusive of GST.
