Another great Conference in Thredbo!
As your new President I wish to thank all those who attended ACAD this year. From the comments received it was enjoyed by all. It is pleasing to see an increase in family participation as well as a new group of young Dentists from around the country taking part.
Whilst the snow was perhaps marginal the Scientific Program was far from it as was shown by the attendances at all of the sessions.
Many of you wanted to have a copy of Dr Jeremy Druce's presentation on
Dentomaxillofacial Radiology and Radiation Dose, which is now on the website.
CPD points - a reminder that registered participants should log on to the ADA web site and report their hours via the ADA log sheet.
We also have a new male Biomet3i ski race winner with Rob Donaldson
blitzing the field. Kaarina Morgan was the female champion again which makes it five in a row - where are the other dental female contenders?
All non members attending will automatically be classed as members until the end of the year and you will all receive an optional renewal notice in January.
The dates for next year in Thredbo are August 12 -17, 2012 Our International Conference in Niseko will be held in 2013 - January 14 - 18.

The current timetable indicates that the ACAD Program should offer 12 or 13 hours of CPD and possibly 2 hours of financial advice.
Registered participants after the Conference should log on to the ADA and report their hours via the ADA CPD log sheet.
You should also keep the confirmation of attendance which is provided with your name badge on site.
